‘I’m absolutely thrilled to be signed by the international Acrobat record label in 2020 – and to be back on the shelves of record shops again! This double-album was rush released by Acrobat to tie in with my Half Dozen’s January concert at Ronnie Scott’s; our 25th Anniversary tour ‘The Road Well Travelled’ (shortly to take to the road), and – of course – our twelfth win for Top Small Group in the British Jazz Awards 2019! It  contains all of my favourite work from the very first recordings in 1970 by my first Half Dozen right up to the latest ones in 2013 (previously on my own Rose Cottage label and sold, as ever, off the back of our band wagon!). John Cooper and Paul Watts at Acrobat have also signed me for a brand-new album in 2020 – so it’s time to get back on the road!’
